Draupadi Murmu and Shyam Charan Murmu have three kids together. They have a daughter and two sons

 However, Murmu has been hit by a mountain of sadness. Both of Murmu's boys and her husband are dead. Murmu now lives with his daughter

 There isn't much information accessible concerning the deaths of a son and a spouse, but in 2009, media reports revealed the second son's tragic death.

Laxman Murmu was discovered unconscious on his bed and sent immediately to a private hospital.

Later, he was brought to the capital city of Bhubaneswar's hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Murmu also said that she will give his eyeballs to the Kashyap Medical College, Ranchi, "Run of Vision" campaign.

The Odisha Legislative Assembly presented Murmu with the Neelkanth Award for Outstanding Legislator in 2007 

despite the fact that she has always been involved in humanitarian work.
